Engineering Assistance

The creation of quality casting requires a well-coordinated team effort. It requires communication between your design engineers and our foundry engineers. Working together, we can eliminate production and quality problems before the part is cast. Our people can help by providing information that may be critical, such as the location of gates and parting lines.

Willman foundry engineers can design three dimensional solid models utilizing CAD systems to predict porosity, flow of metal in the molds and more.
